Northern Pakistan – Cycling Adventure on Karakoram Highway

Transfer to Chilas from Islamabad.
Cycles will also be transported to Chilas. 
You will either travel via Naran and Babusar top or via the Besham route if Babusar is closed due to heavy snow on the pass. 
Stay in Chilas 

Early morning transfer from Chilas to Raikot Bridge (6:00–7:30 am).
Start cycling from Raikot Bridge to Gilgit.

Distance: 77 km
Altitude: Raikot Bridge 1500 m, Gilgit 1600 m
Overnight stay: Gilgit

Cycling from Gilgit to Rakaposhi Viewpoint.
Time: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
Distance: 65 km
Altitude: Gilgit 1600 m, Rakaposhi Viewpoint 1900 m
Overnight stay: Near Rakaposhi Viewpoint

Cycling towards Aliabad/Karimabad.

Start and End Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Distance: 35 km
Altitude: Rakaposhi Viewpoint 1900 m, Karimabad 2500 m
Altitude gain: 600 m
Overnight stay: Karimabad

Free day to cycle around Central Hunza.
Visit historic forts and nearby villages.
Evening visit to Eagles Nest, Duikar Valley for panoramic sunset views.

Cycling from Karimabad to Passu.

Start: 7:00 am | End: 3:00 pm
Altitude: Karimabad 2500 m, Passu 2600 m

Distance: 30 km
Altitude gain: 100 m
Overnight stay: Dhee

Stay in the tents.
If the group size is 03 or below,say in Dhee will be excluded, and you will be taken directly to the Khunjerab on this day.  Return to Sost. 
The Pick up will always be available with you to transport the cycles wherever needed. 

Cycling to Khunjerab Pass.

Distance: 42 km
Altitude: Dhee 2900 m, Khunjerab Pass 4700 m
Visit the highest ATM in the world.

Transfer to Passu/Gulmit on the same day.
Overnight stay: Near Attabad Lake

Rest and recovery day in Upper Hunza.
Optional visits: Attabad Lake, Borith Lake, Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Ghulkin Village, and surrounding areas.
Overnight stay: Gulmi

You will have a choice to trek to the Rakaposhi Base Camp or the Nanga Parbat Base Camp from here onwards. 

Transfer to Minapin 
Trek to Hapakun Camp on this day if you decide to trek to Rakaposhi. 

OR

Early morning checkout.
Transfer to Raikot Bridge.
Jeep ride to Tattu Village (approx. 1.5 hours).
Hike to Fairy Meadows (2–3 hours).
Overnight stay: Fairy Meadows

Trek to Rakaposhi Base camp from Hapakun Camp. 
Spend the day hiking over the white glacier, trek to the side hills to get the broader horizons.  
Return to Minapin by evening. Overnight stay in Minapin/Nasirabad, Hunza. 

OR 

Day trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp and return.
Overnight stay: Fairy Meadows
Altitude at Fairy Meadows: 3200
Altitude at Nanga Parbat BC: 3800 

Check out from the hotel in Minapin. 
Road trip to Naran. 
Stay in Naran.

OR

Return hike to Tattu Village.
