1.0. Booking Process:
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Exploria
1.2. Booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment has been received in full.
2.0. Payments:
2.1. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2.2. Full payment must be made 7 days before the commencement of the tour.
2.3. We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified.

3.0. Additional Charges & Responsibilities:
3.1. On our tour/trek packages, accommodations are based on twin-sharing. A single-room supplement charge will apply if a client does not have another participant to share accommodations with.
3.2. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the itinerary if clients drop out from the journey.
3.2. If the tour extends beyond the originally scheduled duration due to the aforementioned factors, additional charges may apply for the continued provision of services.
3.3. Clients are required to adhere to the authority of our tour/trek guides. Unlawful acts will result in the client’s expulsion from the tour without a refund.
4.0. Cancellation and Refunds:
4.1. Once the reservation is confirmed, the deposit paid is non-refundable. However, a refund (excluding the deposit) per person will be issued for cancellations made 40 days before departure. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. For cancellations within 40 days of departure, the following penalties apply:
4.1.1. Over 40 days: 25% of the tour cost
4.1.2. 39-30 days: 50% of the tour cost
4.1.3. 29 days or less: 100% of the tour cost
4.2. If Exploria cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided. Exploria is not liable for expenses incurred by the client due to their booking.
5.0. Travel Insurance:
5.1. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
6.0. Health and Safety:
6.1. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are physically fit and in good health to participate in the tour.
6.2. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to booking.
7.0. Flight Delay/Cancellation:

8.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits.
8.2. Exploria will not be liable for any expenses incurred due to the traveler’s failure to obtain the necessary documents.
9.0. Changes to Itinerary:
9.1. Exploria reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements as necessary, depending on factors such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. If the tour extends beyond the originally scheduled duration due to the aforementioned factors, additional charges may apply for the continued provision of services.
10.0. Responsibility:
10.1. While we strive to provide enjoyable and safe travel experiences, Exploria shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour.
10.2. Participants are responsible for their own conduct and must adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations at all times.
11.0 Complaints:
11.1. Any complaints or issues during the tour should be brought to the attention of our tour guide or representative immediately, so that we may address them promptly.
12.0. Privacy Policy:
12.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.0. Governing Law:
13.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
